4. Refund Policy (Strict No-Refund Policy)

Bugitrix follows a NO REFUND POLICY.

Refunds will be considered only under the following condition:

  • The purchased course or PDF is not accessible due to a technical issue from Bugitrix’s side

  • The user must provide valid proof (screenshots, screen recording, or error logs)

  • Refund requests must be raised within a reasonable time after purchase

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • You change your mind

  • You lack required skills or understanding

  • You download or access the PDF/course successfully

  • Internet, device, or user-side issues occur

All refund decisions made by Bugitrix are final and binding.

You are strictly prohibited from:
